Ingredients
3 lbs. Wholesome Farms Direct Source-Verified boneless skinless chicken thighs
3/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
3/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp pepper
12 tsp flour
4 tsp cold water
Hot cooked rice (optional)
*4-quart slow cooker
Directions
Place chicken in a 4-quart slow cooker.
Mix soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger and pepper.
Pour the mixture of over the chicken thighs.
Cook on low 4 to 5 hours, covered.
Remove chicken to a serving platter. Keep warm by covering with foil.
Transfer cooking juices to a small saucepan.
Bring cooking juices to a boil.
Mix flour and cold water until smooth.
Stir into cooking juices.
Return to a boil.
Cook and stir 1-2 minutes, until thickened.
Serve with chicken and, if desired, rice.
