Teriyaki Chicken Thighs

  • 3 lbs. Wholesome Farms Direct Source-Verified boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 3/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 12 tsp flour
  • 4 tsp cold water
  • Hot cooked rice (optional)
*4-quart slow cooker


  1. Place chicken in a 4-quart slow cooker.
  2. Mix soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture of over the chicken thighs.
  4. Cook on low 4 to 5 hours, covered.
  5. Remove chicken to a serving platter. Keep warm by covering with foil.
  6. Transfer cooking juices to a small saucepan.
  7. Bring cooking juices to a boil.
  8. Mix flour and cold water until smooth.
  9. Stir into cooking juices.
  10. Return to a boil.
  11. Cook and stir 1-2 minutes, until thickened.
  12. Serve with chicken and, if desired, rice.
