Spicy Orange Bison Balls

Ingredients

  1. Mix the bison, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into about 24 balls.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the meatballs.
  5. Cook 7 to 10 minutes until nicely browned on all sides. 
  6. Add the chili sauce, orange marmalade, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and water to the skillet.
  7. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
  8. Cook about 1 hour, stirring regularly.
