Ingredients
Wholesome Farms Direct Source-Verified 4 lbs. Rack of Pork Spareribs
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup honey
3 tbsp cider vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, finely minced
Directions
Heat the oven to 325 degrees F.
Line a roasting pan with foil.
If necessary, remove the skin.
Cut the ribs into your preferred serving size.
Generously apply salt, garlic powder, and pepper to the ribs.
Arrange the ribs in the prepared baking pan.
Cover the pan tightly with foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for about one hour until tender.
Drain off liquids.
Combine the honey, vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Increase the oven temperature to 350 degrees F.
Spoon the honey and garlic sauce mixture over the spareribs.
Bake ribs, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Basting frequently.
