Oven-Baked Pork Chops with Potatoes

Ingredients
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp apple cider vinegar

1.6 lb baby potatoes, if large, cut in half
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 430 degrees F.
Toss potatoes in oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Scatter on baking tray.
Place in oven for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix the other ingredients together in a small bowl to make rub.
Slather the pork on both sides with the rub, reserving some for basting.
Take the tray out of the oven.
Place pork on the tray.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove tray from oven.
Add remaining rub to the surface of pork chops.
Bake for 10 more minutes.
Take tray out of the oven.
Turn broiler on high.
Use a brush to get the juices off the tray and coat the pork with it.
Put pork in to broil for a few minutes until golden.
Serve and garnish with parsley if desired.
