Ingredients
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp salt

Directions
Preheat oven to 275°F.
Line a sheet tray with parchment paper or a baking mat.
Combine coconut sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and salt in a bowl.
Mix well.
Dry the ribs off and peel the membrane off the back side.
Rub the mixture thoroughly into the ribs on both sides.
Place on sheet tray.
Bake for 3 hours.
Grill on high heat for 3 minutes a side if char is desired.
