Hawaiian Steak Fajitas

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Wholesome Farms Direct Source-Verified Sirloin Fajita Strips
  • 4 cups pre-sliced fresh pepper-and- onion mix
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
  • 2 oz pre-peeled fresh pineapple
  • 3 tbsp reduced-sodium teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 cup fresh tomato salsa
  • 8 corn tortillas, warmed

Directions

  1. Place a grill basket on one half of grill.
  2. Preheat grill to high.
  3. Toss steak strips in a bowl with peppers, onions, oil, salt and pepper.
  4. Put steak and vegetables in the grill basket.
  5. Grill 8 to 10 minutes, stirring once, until the vegetables are soft and charred.
  6. Oil the other side of the rack.
  7. Grill pineapple, turning once, 2 minutes per side.
  8. Transfer steak and vegetables to a bowl and mix with teriyaki sauce.
  9. Dice pineapple and add to a bowl with salsa.
  10. Serve the steak, vegetables, and salsa on the tortillas.
