Ingredients
1 lb. Wholesome Farms Direct Source-Verified Sirloin Fajita Strips
4 cups pre-sliced fresh pepper-and- onion mix
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
2 oz pre-peeled fresh pineapple
3 tbsp reduced-sodium teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup fresh tomato salsa
8 corn tortillas, warmed
Directions
Place a grill basket on one half of grill.
Preheat grill to high.
Toss steak strips in a bowl with peppers, onions, oil, salt and pepper.
Put steak and vegetables in the grill basket.
Grill 8 to 10 minutes, stirring once, until the vegetables are soft and charred.
Oil the other side of the rack.
Grill pineapple, turning once, 2 minutes per side.
Transfer steak and vegetables to a bowl and mix with teriyaki sauce.
Dice pineapple and add to a bowl with salsa.
Serve the steak, vegetables, and salsa on the tortillas.
