Ground Turkey and Broccoli Stir Fry

  • 1 lb. Wholesome Farms Direct Source-Verified Lean Ground Turkey
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, finely minced
  • 1 tsp Freshly Grated Ginger
  • 2 tsp Gluten Free Soy Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Oil, divided
  • 1 Onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 Carrots, peeled and grated
  • 2 Small-Medium Heads Broccoli, cut into florets and then halved
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp Chili Paste
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • Scallions, thinly sliced for garnish
  • Hot Cooked Rice, for serving


  1. Place ground turkey in a bowl and break up.
  2. Add in the garlic, ginger, and soy sauce.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Set aside to marinate.
  5. Heat a large wok over high heat.
  6. Add in 1 tablespoon of the coconut oil.
  7. Once it’s melted and the wok is very hot, add in the onion and stir-fry about 1-2 minutes until soft.
  8. Add in the carrots and broccoli.
  9. Continue stir-frying until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
  10. Season the mixture well with salt and pepper.
  11. Set aside the veggies in a bowl.
  12. Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in the wok.
  13. Add the ground turkey.
  14. Let the turkey sit, untouched, for about 30 seconds or until it starts to brown.
  15. Begin breaking up the turkey and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until it’s cooked through.
  16. Add the vegetables back into the wok.
  17. Stir in the chili paste and mix well.
  18. Serve the stir-fry over rice and top with scallions and a squeeze of lime juice.
