1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
5 tsp canola oil, divided
1 cup thinly sliced shallots
2 cups halved seedless green or red grapes
1 cup white wine
1 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Place flour in a shallow dish.
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
Dredge the chicken in the flour.
Heat 3 teaspoons oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken 2 to 4 minutes per side, until golden.
Transfer to a plate.
Add 2 teaspoons oil to the pan.
Heat over medium heat.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring at times.
Sprinkle with 5 teaspoons of flour.
Stir to coat.
Add wine and broth.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Reduce to simmer about 8 minutes, scraping up any browned bits, until sauce is reduced and thickened.
Return chicken to the pan.
Turn to coat with the sauce and heat through for 2 minutes.
