Garlic and Rosemary Roast Pork Loin

  • 4 large garlic cloves, pressed
  • 2 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 1/2 tsp coarse salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 lb. Wholesome Farms Direct Source-Verified Boneless Pork Loin Roast


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Line 13 x 9 x 2-inch roasting pan with foil.
  3. Mix the garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Rub the mixture all over the pork loin.
  5. Place pork in the roasting pan.
  6. Roast pork in the oven for 30 minutes.
  7. Turn roast over.
  8. Roast the pork for about 25 minutes longer, until thermometer inserted into center of pork registers 155°F.
  9. Remove from the oven and let stand 10 minutes.
  10. Pour the juices in the roasting pan into a saucepan.
  11. Set over low heat to keep warm.
  12. Cut pork crosswise into 1/2-inch thick slices.
  13. Arrange on a platter and pour the warm pan juices over slices.
