Easy Sirloin Fajitas

Ingredients

  • 3/4 Wholesome Farms Direct Source-Verified 1 lb. pack Sirloin Fajita Strips
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 garlic clove, finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp hot pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 8 flour tortillas (8 inch/20 cm)
  • 1- 2 onions
  • 2 small bell peppers

Directions

  1. Mix together 1 tablespoon olive oil, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin, hot pepper flakes, black pepper & salt.
  2. Add beef strips and stir until covered.
  3. Wrap tortillas in foil and place in 350° F oven for 5-10 minutes or until heated through.
  4. Cut onions in half lengthwise, and slice, with peppers, into strips.
  5. In large skillet over medium high heat, heat remaining tablespoon of olive oil.
  6. Add onions & peppers stirring for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Transfer to a bowl.
  8. Add beef strips to skillet.
  9. Cook, stirring for 3-4 minutes or until the strips are browned.
  10. Return onions and peppers to skillet.
  11. Stir for about one minute.
  12. Assemble fajitas using tortillas and desired toppings.
