Dry Rubbed Flank Steak

  • 1 tbsp ground mustard
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne
  • 1/4 tsp allspice

  1. Preheat a grill pan over high heat for 3 to 4 minutes
  2. Combine the mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, cayenne and allspice in a small bowl.
  3. Rub the flank steak all over with the mix and let sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Put the steak on the hot grill pan and cook 5 minutes per side.
  5. Remove and let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
