Chicken and Spinach Wrap

  • Wholesome Farms Direct Source-Verified Chicken cutlet
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Sea salt and ground black pepper, to taste
  • 3 tbsp. reduced-fat 2% plain yogurt
  • 1 dash curry powder
  • 1 dash garlic powder
  • 1 dash ground paprika
  • 1 dash ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 8-inch whole-wheat tortilla
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce


  1. Place chicken in a shallow glass dish.
  2. Drizzle lemon juice over chicken.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste preference.
  4. Allow chicken to marinate for 30 minutes.
  5. Heat medium skillet, lightly coated with spray, over medium-high heat.
  6. Add chicken.
  7. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes on each side until no longer pink.
  8. Remove from skillet.
  9. Slice and set aside.
  10. Mix yogurt with curry, garlic powder, paprika and cayenne pepper in a small bow.
  11. Spread yogurt mixture evenly on tortilla.
  12. Add lettuce and chicken.
