Lime and Coriander Chicken Wings
Total Time: 30 minutes
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken wings
1 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp coriander
1/2 tbsp ginger
1/2 tbsp cumin
sea salt
black pepper
Directions:
Place chicken in a large pot.
Fill pot with cold water until chicken is covered by two inches.
Bring water to a boil and boil for 10 minutes.
Put all other ingredients in a large plastic bag and shake to mix.
Set broiler to high with the rack about 6 inches from the flame.
Once chicken is done, remove from water and add to bag.
Shake until all wings are fully covered with marinade.
Place chicken on a baking sheet and broil for about 6 minutes on each side until skin starts to crisp.
Polynesian Chicken Wings
Total Time: 1 hour and 25 minutes
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour and 20 minutes

Ingredients:
3 lbs frozen chicken wings
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 tbsp flour
2 tsp grated fresh ginger
1/4 to 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth or water
1/4 cup finely chopped green sweet pepper
2 tbsp soy sauce
thinly sliced green onions as garnish
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Line a large baking pan with foil.
Place frozen chicken wings in baking pan.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, until crispy.
Meanwhile, mix brown sugar, flour, ginger, and crushed red pepper in a small saucepan.
Add pineapple juice, broth, sweet pepper, and soy sauce.
Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly over medium heat.
Cook and stir for 2 more minutes.
Set aside.
When ready, drain off juices from baking pan.
Brush chicken wings with some of the glaze mixture.
Bake for 10 more minutes.
Brush with more of the glaze mixture.
Serve garnished with green onions.
